Hello Healing Communi-qi,
Let us come together to raise our combined energy and share healing movements for our body, mind and spirit tonight at 7:30 p.m.
TOPIC
Tonight we will share how Qigong and the Spring Forest Qigong Five Elements can help you feel more peace in your heart.
We will share a heart math exercise and a stress relief hand movement as well as a peaceful meditation for awakening our hearts for ourselves and others in need.

I am now officially a certified Spring Forest Qigong Certified Leader so I will reach out to you individually as to your interest/commitment moving ahead – either drop in or weekly/monthly interest, and share a form for you to fill out to make sure we always honor your health and safety.

Wear comfortable clothing
Bring a glass of water (water holds the healing energy)
We will have discussion too - feel free to ask questions - feel free to have camera on or off - it is all about your own comfort level.
Please know you do not need to know anything - just have an open heart and know you can experience healing energy in this practice.
We combine slow movements, breath and visualization so be open to using your imagination.

If you have any history or family history, of any psychotic disorder, it would be best to consult your medical professional before you start practising Spring Forest Qigong.
Also, I record our lessons so you can refer to them and practice. They are not for public consumption and I will eventually create a members only site.

Welcome to Qigong!
Hello, Hola and welcome,
If this will be your first taste of qigong I am excited for you. The healing benefits of this ancient mindful movement are numerous. I am training for my final certification so happy to currently offer free classes in what I feel helps open the heart and strengthens our physical intelligence.
Let me offer some background for you:
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”) is a traditional Chinese medicine healing practice that’s believed to support mental, physical, and spiritual health through gentle movement, meditation, and breathing techniques. It is slow moving mindful meditation that serves the foundation of Chinese Medicine.
The benefits of qigong include improved balance, greater mental focus, lower levels of stress and anxiety, and decreased chronic disease risk.
