HOW TO: sit or stand straight. Stretch your neck forward, move your chin down, and then tuck it back towards your chest.
Now, guide your chin up your chest - imagine you are holding a golf ball - until your head is back at the starting point. This is done in a continuous circular motion and should only take a few seconds

A major and wise energy channel comes up from our spine and forms a narrow passage atop the top of your shoulders where your neck starts.
Keeping this channel open balances energy in your neck, helps relieve stress buildup, tense shoulders, headaches, and blocked flow of energy up into your brain.

Take that Micro-Moment for Self Care. Your body and mind will thank you for it.

You take a deep breath to see how much your sinuses are open and exhale and then you open your left arm palm facing up and cup down from the shoulder to the wrist

Do it firmly five Seconds each time
Do left arm first left arm and then do right arm

You put your hands down and take another deep breath and focus on your sinuses and see how much more they are open.

You will notice your lungs and sinuses are much more open. The skin belongs to the breathing system and many channels are in inside part of arm connecting to chest and lungs and heart and when you cup inside part of arm the skin belongs to breathing system and you help to stimulate energy flow in your system. More room for air and this helps your sinuses and breathing.

* opening blockages in your organs
* increasing mental clarity

How: Massage your entire ear from the top down to the lobe. Then pull your lobe and hold it for three seconds. Release and repeat the entire exercise 9 times. Do both ears simultaneously. Chant the sound “chueeee” if you feel comfortable but you don't have to.

Those ears do more than listening! 🎧Massaging your entire ear area each day can help with the following:

* opening blockages in your organs
* increasing mental clarity
* increasing life force energy

How: Massage your entire ear from the top down to the lobe. Then pull your lobe and hold it for three seconds. Release and repeat the entire exercise 9 times. Do both ears simultaneously. Chant the sound “chueeee” if you feel comfortable but you don't have to.

How's your Gut?

This is the time of year when many people are overthinking and feeling stressed with busyness. The brain is connected to the gut so issues with constipation, digestive problems, diarrhea and gas can occur.

The corners of your mouth have energy points connecting to your large intestines and digestive system so this is what I am tapping here.

How to help with this:

I shared that you can use your index and middle fingers to gently pat these areas for 30 seconds and you can add chanting sound of ‘whooooo’ but you don’t have to do so.

Other way to do it before patting:

Rub your hands until they're warm place your palms next to and below the corners of your mouth and massage gently by moving your hands in a circular way 36 times ( if helpful, puff out your cheeks for better access.)
Massage in the other direction 36 times and as you're doing this you can chant the sound "whoooooo"

You inhale through the nose, taking about five seconds, and then exhale through your mouth as slowly as you comfortably can. Silently and softly chanting the sound of seeeeee if you would like but you don't need to do so.

You can do for two to three minutes and as often as needed.

Best time: in morning after you get up and before you meditate

Why it works according to book Head to Toe Healing: The slower you inhale, the more oxygen you take in, creating more energy and helping your body to detoxify and cleanse itself better. When you exhale slowly, more energy reaches your parasympathetic nervous system, which helps you relax and also helps to detoxify and cleanse your body.
