Beyond Qi

Hello Healing Communi-Qi,

I shared some of the learning this week from the beyond Qi conference in Arizona.

The learning included the fact that Qi (the intelligence of the energy) moves 100 times faster when we are in the emptiness.

The emptiness, the void is that purity in the meditation or in the movements when we flow with the energy.

Here is a short purity moment you can do each day to go into more stillness.

Master Lin, founder of S.F.Q. also shared it is the heart you want to keep open and not worry so much about technique.

You keep heart open in practising qigong and in practising emotions like joy, peace, happiness.

How do you upgrade your Qi?

By understanding the relationship between you and the divine. You are a resident of the planet and the universe.

Let go, let go of attachments. Tune deep into the void and you merge your body, soul and spirit into this space.

Keywords: Effortlessly

By going into the emptiness, the stillness, which can also happen in chanting, you tune into the qi field and healing can take place.

Qi connects the body and energy with the spirit and soul.

Our normal vibration is below light level and we need qi (intelligence) to help the body raise its’ frequency.

How to help you in these times?

Keep calm and be an observer. Try to not get your emotions involved in what’s going on. Use your tools. Be around good energy and groups of people who support you.. Have perspective and patience. All things change.

“What seems good, may not be. What seems bad, may not be. Do good deeds. Be kind.

Liver & Qi Energy

Hello Healing Communi-Qi,


We are still in the winter/water/kidney elements and in the traditional Chinese calendar, this date of February 4th signals the beginning of spring and in the ground some slow movement of renewal and growth can be happening.


Kidneys are the focus in the winter but tonight we will also move into some focus on our Liver Energy System: eyes, tendons, liver, gallbladder.

Learning to let go of anger, impatience, irritation helps your liver energy system. Is anything coming up for you in this way - understand that’s to be healed.

We bring in some happiness energy to help heal the liver system.


INTERNAL REFINEMENT

Meditation should focus on connecting with and relaxing our whole body and major organs with some chanting internally or externally. 

Work with vibrational sounds to bring in peace throughout the major organs in our body.

New Chapters and Free Healing Offerings

Hello Healing Communi-Qi,


As you move into a new year remember to take time for self-care and self-compassion, always. This is a fast-moving energy so ground yourself each day. Your state of being is so important.

I have captured some of the themes of 2025 energetically, and they include the overall message: “Do the inner work and ‘be the change you want to see in the world.’

  1. Year of the wood snake – what can you shed? Fast endings and beginnings. Let it go and don’t hang on

  2. A lot of structures will crumble. Let them

  3. Do the inner work: qi and meditation and nature. Go inward and reset and ground yourself.

  4. Drop into your heart, you can do this with stillness or the reverse energy breathing.

  5. Yes, there will be chaos, but you can be the calm and contribute to a better consciousness with your own inner work: love as a state of being

  6. Spirituality can grow and people will feel greater compassion towards plant and animals.

  7. Celebrate your uniqueness – don’t try to follow the crowd.

  8. Set intentions before important conversations or projects. Example: ‘Is this in the highest good for all?’

These are just some of the updates from energy intuitive leaders. I can share more if anyone would like the specific updates I brought together for main theme.

Gratitude Bow

Hello Healing Communi-Qi,


As we are in the winter season and this is time for keeping warm and keeping kidneys strong. I am going to share some of the helpful Spring Forest Qigong/Chinese Medicine tips:

GRATITUDE BOW EACH MORNING.

This prayer posture holds the key to activating your heart energy and the powerful energy of gratitude.

The moment your hands come together, the energy channels in your body re-align, directing energy towards your chest and calming any scattered thoughts or tension.

This is a wonderful way to start or end your day.

It sets the tone for a day with more good feeling replenishing your energy and giving you a boost for your day. It also:

1) strengthens your spine, which is closely connected to vitality and headaches

2) recharges your kidney energy, supporting your overall health

3) opens up your lung channels, improving breath and energy flow.

4) Gratitude boosts the immune system

Drinking water at key times through out the day when kidney is active: 7 a.m., 5 p.m. and 9 p.m.

CUP YOUR KIDNEYS EACH DAY

Keep your legs warm when outside - the legs represent vitality and when the legs get cold in winter, it can drain your vitality energy and lead to health problems when spring comes.

Standing with your knees bent while doing qigong is a good way to to strengthen your legs and keep them active.

In practice bending them deeply as you can is good way to keep legs active, strengthen your vitality and your digestive system too.

Keep your C7 veterbrae safe - this is more than just a part of your spine. It’s a vital bridge between your head, heart, and the rest of your body. Helps with fever, colds, neck and shoulder pain.

Simple, daily rituals keep you grounded and keeping the kidney energy system strong helps your body be stronger in spring too.

Commit to your daily rituals of peace and connection. Even one minute a day helps.

Focus on movements and words that soothe your challenges.

Holiday Season

Hello Healing Communi-Qi, Colleagues and Friends,

This winter and holiday season is upon us and the founder of Spring Forest Qigong calls this the season of LOVE.

This is the time when the energy shines brighter and stronger than any other time of the year.

It’s a season that reminds us to slow down, connect and open up our hearts to the world around us.

Remember, we are energetic beings so practice expanding your love energy.

The holidays may feel very busy and are not easy for everyone so taking time for self-care is a priority and self-love is key.

You can consider what you appreciate about yourself each day. There is always something.


Daily Rituals for Calm and Higher Vibration.

Take time to write out what you are grateful for as no matter what is going on gratitude keeps it all in perspective. And, if you want to join me in gratitude exercise you can take a few minutes each day to write about the joy you feel as you give thanks for the simplest things in your life each day.

On the site, listied under meditations, find the Subtle Energy Exercise from William Bloom.  You can do daily at this time for your intentions for this holiday season or for any intentions. 


This will be on the website in meditation section and annual members can sign in for Qigong Sessions to do in their holiday time. If any healing communi-qi wants a reminder of how to keep kidneys strong in this time as they are on duty, just reach out to me.

Upcoming: Starting 2025 with uplifting energy.

I am honored to host a spring forest qigong wellness weekend focusing on the science of healing through spring forest qigong.

It is Level 1 certification for those wanting more in-depth knowledge.

You can join in on January 11th for a few hours and January 12th for a few hours and learn new tools for a new year to keep with you always.

Sessions will resume in 2025. I will reach out.

Please honor yourself with lots of self-compassion and daily rituals during the holidays, and always.
