Steffi is here to help people plan their life/career goals and strategically plan their future. She is an inspirational and intuitive coach who believes strongly in helping others set goals to achieve their personal dreams. Steffi actively listens to your vision and values and guides you step-by-step, and through action-oriented conversation, to create a pro-active life and career template. Through her own core life work and career planning, she has changed her career from a reporter/producer (decade at Global Television) to a media trainer to a marketing specialist for a healthcare system and now, today, her most fitting role is a personal transformation coach. She has had her own mentors/coaches who have supported her personal and spiritual development, and she believes a great coach can partner with someone to design their life changes in a compassionate and empowering way.

Professional Experience

Her professional experience involves business development, governance, and high-level marketing as evidenced in her role as Vice-President of Communications and Marketing at St. Peter’s Health System, Senior Marketing/Communications for GCY ,a boutique law firm in Toronto ( . Her background also includes journalism, producing, and hosting of AM900CHML radio program “Successful Aging”, and public speaking - she presents workshops and keynotes on The Importance of a Life and Career Plan and Why Kindness Matters in schools and corporations. Steffi is also the founder of Connection Corner, a virtual on-line support group for women as they make career and life changes.
Currently, while building her strategic coaching practice to help individuals plan their lives and careers (, she also runs kindness workshops and provides a monthly curriculum for elementary schools as she firmly believes in the power of ‘spreading the kindness.’

Educational/Awards Background

Stephanie holds an Honours BA degree in English and Drama from Queen’s University, Certificate of Achievement, Leadership Program at Queen’s University, a Women in Management Certificate from Ryerson University, and a Leadership Certificate from the Bay Area Leadership Program, Hamilton. She was also nominated for a Spirit Award at Global Television and nominated for the City of Hamilton Women in the Workplace Award while at St. Peter's as Vice President of Marketing & Communications.
